Doctorate(Ph.D) in Engineering & Management.
M Tech in Thermal Engineering from IIT Mumbai.
MMS from Symbiosis Pune University.
Post Graduate Diplomas in Business Management, Business Finance and Operations Research for Management.

Dr Pradeep Ghodke is Techno-commercial Power Plant Expert. Dr. Ghodke’s career is a remarkable blend of technical brilliance, leadership, and creativity.

His work in the fields of energy /power/ cogeneration including Solar/Renewables has had a lasting impact, from the papers he authored to the innovations he implemented in project management.

He is Doctorate(Ph.D) in Engineering & Management from World renowned Universities and M Tech in Thermal Engineering from IIT Mumbai, MMS from Symbiosis Pune University and also acquired PG Diplomas in Business Management, Business Finance and Operations Research for Management.

Dr. Pradeep Ghodke has received BHARAT RATNA GAURAV AWARD honour from Govt of India for his Contribution to Thermal & Renewable Energy.
Dr. Pradeep Ghodke also received IFEA Award 2025 (Iconic Felicitation of Exemplary Achievement Award) for exceptional & excellence in the field of Thermal & Renewable Energy/Power .

His ability to reduce costs, reductions in cycle time, streamline & optimize processes, and drive the efficiency has shaped the success of many companies and projects, leaving a legacy of excellence.He has outstanding career of more than 40 years in Thermal & Renewable Energy/Power sector. He has held Senior/Top positions in highly reputed Companies viz.Tata Power, Thermax, Walchand Group, Indbarath Power Infra and Runh Power, China.

Throughout his career, Dr. Ghodke has Throughout his career, Dr. Ghodke has demonstrated unparalleled leadership in the execution of power projects, including coal/gas based plants, as well as renewable energy projects capacities ranging from 5MW to 660 MW. As Managing Director at Runh Power Corp., he oversaw international operations and procurement for thermal power projects.

His strategic acumen and operational excellence make him a cornerstone of Netwest’s mission to deliver impactful renewable energy solutions. He has also published many papers in National/International Conferences/Symposiums.
