Mr. Jeyakumar Natarajan is a highly respected solar industry veteran with over two decades of experience in senior management roles across leading Indian solar corporations, including Adani Solar, Tata Solar, Moser Baer, and Lanco Solar. Holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Manufacturing Management, he has a strong technical and managerial foundation that has played a pivotal role in shaping the solar energy landscape.

Throughout his career, he has spearheaded numerous high-impact projects, including the establishment of India’s largest solar cell and module manufacturing facility in 2015-16 and one of the world’s largest solar power plants in the same year. His leadership has also been crucial in launching solar rooftop power plants, solar water pump projects in Rajasthan, and 1kWp rooftop solar systems in Kerala, significantly enhancing energy access in rural and remote areas.

In his most recent assignment, Shri Jeyakumar was responsible for developing India’s first Topcon solar cell and Module manufacturing project, a major milestone in advancing cutting-edge solar technology in the country. His deep technical expertise, combined with his ability to integrate emerging trends into large-scale projects, has made him a visionary leader in the solar sector. This accomplishment underscores his commitment to advancing technological innovation and ensuring India’s competitive edge in the global solar industry.

Over his career, Shri Jeyakumar has also developed four solar companies from scratch, transforming them into successful operational entities.
